When will this be available in EPD? I can't find FP2 for EM, CTM/Server or Agent yet. I have only found FP2 for MFT.

Is there a document describing how to upgrade to FP2 in an HA environment?

We are new to Control-M. Have never ran through the FixPack process before. I'm with Robert B. on his 'Is there a document describing how to upgrade to FP2 in an HA environment?' question. Please provide a step by step check off list for downloading and installing FixPacks.

Hey John and Robert, there is nothing specific about FPs for HA. However, If you install a fix pack on the primary, you must manually install it in on the secondary. A failover cannot occur if the fix packs on both hosts are not the same. Verify that you've met all HA requirements, as described in http://documents.bmc.com/supportu/9.0.18/help/Main_help/en-US/index.htm#59896.htm.

To upgrade, follow one of the upgrade procedures, as described in http://documents.bmc.com/supportu/9.0.18/help/Main_help/en-US/index.htm#5085.htm. Please let us know if you need further assistance,

Thanks Oren! That worked nicely and I was able to get the full Release Notes in PDF. I chose the pdf export option "this page and its children" so that I got the full RN in one file. Thanks, Bentze

Hi, the CONTROL M WEB client is licensed with the CTRLM Manager or I should buy a different license?

Control-M Version 9.0.18.200 - when does this version go out of support with BMC?

Hi Andrew and my apologies for the delay. Information regarding version support is available in BMC's Support site, per product. Here's an example page where you can choose the version and see the relevant information for that version: https://docs.bmc.com/docs/productsupport/control-m-enterprise-manager

Does Control-M/Enterprise Manager 9.0.18.200 support Control-M Self Service 9.0.19 or higher?

    May 07, 2020 01:27
    1. Yechezkel Schatz

Control-M Self Service versions are fully synchronized with Control-M/EM in terms of new features. However, the activation media for Control-M Self Service is versionless, so you can use the most recent Control-M Self Service deliverable offered on our EPD site without any issues.
