Editing network containers
You can edit a network container to change the description or tags.
You can also update the components of a network container, but that involves updating the blueprint and reprovisioning the network container. See Reprovisioning network containers.
To edit a network container
- From the BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management Administration Console, click the vertical Workspaces menu on the left side of the window and select Resources.
- Under Quick Links on the left, click Network Containers under the Network section.
Click the Edit Network Container icon

The Edit Network Container dialog box is displayed.
- If needed, change the description.
- If needed, create or select tags, as described in Assigning a tag to an object.
- Click Next to edit any of the dynamic components associated with the container (networks, firewalls, and load balancers) See Managing dynamic components for network containers.
- Click Next to edit any parameters for the network container.
If you have a long list of parameters, press Ctrl+F to find a specific parameter. - Click Save to save your changes and close the dialog box.
