Flushing entitlement cache

Occasionally, you might need to flush entitlement cache (for example, when a service offering does not appear in the service catalog).

To flush entitlement cache

  1. Log in to the Application Administration Console.

  2. Click the Custom Configuration tab.

  3. Select Service Request Management > Entitlement > Entitlement Management.

  4. Under Other Functions, click User Validation.

  5. Click Flush Entitlement CACHE.
