Installing the primary Platform Manager on a cluster for HA

Before you begin, ensure that the cluster setup is ready with Share disk.
Note that the BMC Cloud LifeCycle Management installer does not support Platform Manager HA installation.

  1. Verify cluster is active on primary node.
  2. Click the Primary Platform Manager node on IP.
  3. Specify share disk location for the BMCCloudLifeCycleManagement installation directory.
  4. Specify the Primary Cloud AR information, which can be changed later to cloud AR System server load balancer virtual hostname.
  5. Specify share location for "Configuration" directory similar to installation directory.
  6. Follow all instruction and specify primary BMC Atrium Orchestrator, BMC Network Automation, BMC ProactiveNet Performance Management, BMC Server Automation information properly which needs to be changed to point to virtual hostname of LB and Clusters after installation.
