Installing the primary cloud AR System server for HA

The following sections discuss how to install the primary cloud AR System server for a high availability (HA) environment.

Before you begin

  1. Verify the Oracle JRE location.
  2. Verify if the database machine is reachable. In the case of Oracle, verify if Oracle client is installed and try logging into the database instance using the Oracle client.

To install the cloud AR System server for HA

  1. Click the Primary cloud AR System server node in the installation program and click Next.
  2. Provide the correct port information to be used for cloud AR System server.
  3. Specify the correct database information.

  1. If you are installing on Linux, specify the Oracle database host and credentials.
  2. Follow all the instructions. The installer waits for the DSO installation to complete. The Next button is enabled only when you install the enterprise AR System server.
