Installing BMC Atrium Orchestrator for HA

For BMC Atrium Orchestrator high availability (HA) installation using the BMC Cloud LifeCycle Management installer, Configuration Distribution Peer (CDP) and HA-CDP with AM and Repo on CDP node. Complete the following steps:

  1. Click the Primary node and follow the instructions to install CDP, AM and Repo.
  2. Once the primary is installed, click secondary node and perform HA-CDP installation.

To support both AM and CDP HA, you must install all the BMC Atrium Orchestrator components manually. Follow the steps below to perform the installation:

  1. Install Primary Access Manager( VM1)
  2. Install Secondary Access Manager (VM2)
  3. Install Repository ( VM3)
  4. Install Primary CDP ( VM1)
  5. Install Secondary CDP ( VM2)
  6. Configure AM and Repository to used External Database ( MYSQL , SQL Server or Oracle )
  7. Install RSCD on all BMC Atrium Orchestrator machines
  8. NSH and RCP Client on VM1 and VM2
