Installing BMC Atrium Orchestrator for HA
For BMC Atrium Orchestrator high availability (HA) installation using the BMC Cloud LifeCycle Management installer, Configuration Distribution Peer (CDP) and HA-CDP with AM and Repo on CDP node. Complete the following steps:
- Click the Primary node and follow the instructions to install CDP, AM and Repo.
- Once the primary is installed, click secondary node and perform HA-CDP installation.
To support both AM and CDP HA, you must install all the BMC Atrium Orchestrator components manually. Follow the steps below to perform the installation:
- Install Primary Access Manager( VM1)
- Install Secondary Access Manager (VM2)
- Install Repository ( VM3)
- Install Primary CDP ( VM1)
- Install Secondary CDP ( VM2)
- Configure AM and Repository to used External Database ( MYSQL , SQL Server or Oracle )
- Install RSCD on all BMC Atrium Orchestrator machines
- NSH and RCP Client on VM1 and VM2
