Troubleshooting change request issue

Issue Symptom

When you create a change request, the following error is displayed:

 (ARERR 48098): Could not find an available Time Segment

Scope

You create an unavailable Time Segment.

Resolution

Create an available Time Segment. For more information, see Registering unique business events and operational categorizations.
