Enhancements to BMC Cognitive Service Management in creating change requests

The BMC Cognitive Service Management feature is enhanced for creating change requests. When a request is created using an email sent by a user, the BMC Cognitive Service Management feature scans the email subject or content of that email and applies the relevant template.
