Exception Report

To view the Exception Report, perform the following task:

  1. Click Administration > Gateway Manager > Gateway Reports.
  2. Click Exception Report to view the exception report.
  3. Select the Console for which you want to view the report from the drop down list.
  4. Expand the hierarchy and select a date, and then select the Manager Run for which you want to view the report. The Report Details pane displays the detailed exception report. The following image shows an example report.


  5. Click Script Properties to view the properties of the Manager Run. For details, see Creating new Manager runs.
  6. Click Recover to recover the Manager Run. For details, see Recovering the Manager runs.
