    It would be very nice to share complete details. Like defect replicating steps so customer can validate them easily

    Example: Symptom:When a case is created and a corresponding task is assigned, the adjoining forms of a case and task do not allow customization.

    Scope: The case and task joining form are set to Public with the Resolution description value set to zero length.

    Looking at the details aren't very much clear what steps and where this has been validated
