Viewing reports

As new users of BMC Helix Business Workflows, you can view and manage reports in BMC Helix Dashboards. You can view and manage reports for cases, knowledge articles, and service level management. You can also view case survey and customer satisfaction reports in BMC Helix Dashboards. As an administrator, you can view license usage reports in BMC Helix Dashboards.

As existing users of BMC Helix Business Workflows, you can continue viewing, creating, and managing reports in Smart Reporting. You can also view BMC Helix Business Workflows reports in BMC Helix Dashboards. However, you can view the new service level and customer satisfaction dashboards only in BMC Helix Dashboards.
