This topic describes the deployment architecture and the hardware and software specifications for all the servers used to execute the performance test.

Browser settings are as follows:

  • Do not save encrypted pages to disk check box—Cleared
  • Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed check box—Cleared
  • Browser cache setting—Automatic
  • Maximum browser cache size—250 MB

Note

All virtual machines (VMs) are hosted on VMware ESXi 6.0.0 servers powered by Intel Xeon CPU E5-2697 v2. 

The SQL server machine is configured with 4 separated IO subsystems (Hitachi VSP 1000):
