Configuring task approvals
A case business analyst configures task approvals for manual and automated tasks by creating an approval flow to define approvers or a chain of approvers. An approval flow includes the following items:
- Status at which the approval is triggered
- Status to which the task moves to after approval
- Approvers who can approve or reject the tasks
For example, a case business analyst creates a flow for tasks that need approval when employees request for advance salaries.
