Viewing audit records for service targets
Auditing is a security feature that enables to track changes made to service targets and measurement data. The SLM administrator can view the audit records from BMC Helix Innovation Studio.
By default, an audit record contains the following details:
- User name of the person who made the changes.
- Date and time of the change.
- Fields in which the changes were made.
- Changed values in those fields.
To view the audit records
- As an administrator, log in to BMC Helix Innovation Studio and navigate to the Workspace tab.
- Click Service Level Management.
- Click the Records tab and select the check box corresponding to one the following options:
- ServiceTarget_Audit
- Measurement_Audit
To view the Audit record, click Edit Data.
On the Data Editor (ServiceTarget_Audit) page or Data Editor (Measurement_Audit) page, click the
icon to add or remove columns.
You cannot edit or export the data in the audit record.
