Integrating BMC Helix Business Workflows with Workday

As an administrator, you can integrate BMC Helix Business Workflows with Workday by using the Workday Connector in Jitterbit. This enables case agents to access Workday person data and manage cases for Workday service requests from BMC Helix Business Workflows. Jitterbit is an enterprise integration engine that consists of connectors. For performing operations on Workday person data, BMC Helix Business Workflows provides automated task templates that use the BMC Helix Platform Web API request functionality. When a case agent creates an automated task, it makes a REST call to an API defined in Jitterbit. This API makes a call to Workday and performs the specified operation on Workday person data.
