Troubleshooting incident status

When you upgrade TrueSight Infrastructure Management from version 11.0 to 11.3.01, you might see that the incident status is in PENDING state.

This happens because the upgrade overwrites the configuration files and reverts them to the default configuration.

  1. On Infrastructure Management, go to <installationDirectory>\pw\integrations\ibrsd\conf.
  2. Replace the following mapping files by copying the backed up files from the backup folder named, TrueSight<version> (for example, TrueSight11.0).
    • DefaultMapping.map
    • outage.map
    • RemedyForceDefaultMapping.map
    • IBRSD.conf
    • IBRSD.dir
  3. Restart the SDIG service.
