Troubleshooting configuration errors

Incidents are not assigned correctly and incidents are not routed to the correct group.
  • Ensure that the required configuration fields under the Infrastructure Event Incident are configured correctly in the Incident Rules form.

  • Verify whether the assignments are created correctly. For information about creating assignments, see Creating assignments.
  • Ensure that the CI contains the required information such as group relationships, location information, and product categorizations.
