Integration support for third-party products


The Remedy IT Service Management (Remedy ITSM) Incident Service Interface currently provided by BMC Service Resolution 3.0 and later lets consumers leverage Incident Management in Remedy ITSM with their own event monitoring systems. When an event ID is passed in along with some basic information, Remedy ITSM manages the lifecycle of the incident generated from that event.
