Integration support for third-party products

The BMC Remedy IT Service Management (BMC Remedy ITSM) Incident Service Interface currently provided by BMC Service Resolution 3.0 and later lets consumers leverage Incident Management in BMC Remedy ITSM with their own event monitoring systems. When an event ID is passed in along with some basic information, BMC Remedy ITSM manages the lifecycle of the incident generated from that event.
