Select recovery to the RECON cleanup DR point in time
The BMC Recovery utility supports recovery of a database to the latest PIT recovery time (DR PIT) that was created by the BMC Disaster Recovery RECON Cleanup utility.
When you select a recovery to the DR PIT, the created JCL for executing the BMC Recovery utility contains the PIT(Y) keyword and the TIMESTMP(value) keyword (value is the DR PIT timestamp).
You can use the following methods to initiate the Create Recovery JCL function for a recovery to the DR PIT:
With the ISPF interface, select recovery option 7 (To a BMC DR PIT) on the Recovery-Options-panel.
