PLUSOUT DD statement RVP
The PLUSOUT DD DUMMY statement is optional.
It defines the output data set that contains snaps of miscellaneous control blocks that are used primarily for debugging purposes. Normally it defines a SYSOUT data set. If you omit this statement, the Recovery utility dynamically allocates PLUSOUT to the default SYSOUT class (that is, MSGCLASS).
