    Hi Szilard,

Here is the response for the following comment:

    CommentResponse
According to the Compatibility matrix, Remedy AR System Mid-Tier can run on the both Apache 2.0.x (as web/app server)+Tomcat 7.x (as servlet engine) and Tomcat 7.x (as web/app server)+Tomcat 7.x (as servlet engine). But later it says "Both ‘Remedy Smart Reporting’ and ‘Remedy Single Sign On’ only support Tomcat webserver.".
So is my understanding correct that if I have the combination of Apache 2.0.x (as web/app server)+Tomcat 7.x (as servlet engine), this won't be good enough for Remedy Smart Reporting?
Is it possible to have one dedicated Mid-Tier server to server the Smart Reporting purposes, running Tomcat 7.x as both the web/app server and as the servlet engine? And to keep the rest of the Mid-Tier servers as they are.
You must install Smart Reporting on a separate Tomcat server and not on Mid Tier's Tomcat server.

    Regards,

    Sirisha
