Licensing entitlements

License entitlements included in a specific product or a user license that you purchased can depend on factors such as BMC product version or licensing model. BMC provides information about license entitlements for BMC Remedy products via the Electronic Products Distribution website. You can use the following steps to obtain this information:

  1. Log on to the  Electronic Product Distribution  website. Use the credentials provided to you by BMC sales representative. 

    The user name and password is different from the one you use to access the  Customer Support site.

  2. Switch to the Licensed Product view and navigate to the folder for the specific Remedy solution version for which you want to get license entitlement information (for example, BMC Remedy IT Service Management Suite, version 9.1.00).
  3. Expand the folder to download the PDF document with the licensing information  (for example, License Information for BMC Remedy IT Service Management Suite Version 9.1.00) 

The information documented in EPD reflects the standard terms and conditions. Additional terms and conditions may be found in your BMC contract and in the End User License Agreement (EULA). Contractual agreements generally supersede standard terms and conditions.
