Installing BMC Remedy ITSM

This topic contains information about fixes and updates in this patch, and provides instructions for downloading and installing the patch.

When you apply the Dev to Prod packages (D2P packages or Apps packages), the patch is applied on the target server for only those modules which are already installed. For example, if you apply the Apps packages for BMC Remedy ITSM Suite on a server where BMC Change Management is already installed, only the fixes relevant to BMC Change Management are applied.


To install BMC Remedy IT Service Management, you must have all the BMC Remedy ITSM Applications version 9.1.03 installed on the system.

Apply the patch 

Apply the apps packages on the primary server as explained in the Readme file Patch 1 for Service Pack 3 ITSM.pdf.

The apps packages do not need to be applied on the secondary servers.
