As announced in earlier, Classic Views are no longer supported in BMC Remedy ITSM versions 9.0 and later. The Classic Views were included in version 9.0 for helping customers transition to BMC Remedy with Smart IT or the Best Practice views.
For Service Pack 1 for version 9.0 and later versions, Classic View forms are no longer provided with the product. For more information about deprecation of Classic View forms, see earlier BMC Remedy ITSM product announcements available at .

With this release mixed mode upgrade is not supported. You must ensure that all the application components are at the same version. For example, If you upgrade BMC Remedy ITSM to 9.0 with Process Designer version 9.0, it is necessary to upgrade BMC Service Request Management to version 9.0.

You must upgrade BMC Remedy ITSM foundation before you upgrade BMC Service Request Management. You must upgrade BMC Remedy ITSM core to version 9.0 before you upgrade BMC Service Request Management to version 9.0
|BMC Remedy ITSM Process Designer|
You must install or upgrade BMC Remedy ITSM Process Designer before you install or upgrade the other application components of the BMC Remedy ITSM Suite.
|BMC Atrium Configuration Drift Management||Version 9.0 is not available for BMC Atrium Configuration Drift Management. You must use the 8.1.xx version.|
