BMC Atrium Core Console access or launch issues

This topic describes the workaround for the following BMC Atrium Core Console access or launch issues:

  • Cannot access the BMC Atrium Core Console.
  • A Page not found error is displayed.
  • The console does not launch correctly.

To troubleshoot BMC Atrium Core Console access or launch issues

  1. Ensure that the BMC Remedy Mid Tier is configured to communicate with the appropriate BMC Remedy AR System server.
    For more information about configuring the BMC Remedy Mid Tier, see  BMC Remedy Mid Tier configuration  in the BMC Remedy AR System online documentation.
  2. Restart the BMC Remedy Mid Tier.
