Service packs and patches are cumulative and contain the features and fixes of all the previous service packs and patches. For example, Patch 1 on version 9.0.00 contains the enhancements and fixes made in version 9.0.00.

    When trying to open the links to "Known and Corrected issues" in Patch 1 for ITSM and Smart Reporting, it would say:

     

    Unable to render {include} The included page could not be found.
    When trying to do the same for SRM it would say:
    We can't filter this complex table. Sorry.
    I'm logging in with my valid support id and BMC Support login.

        The issue has been fixed. You should be able to view the BMC Remedy ITSM, Smart Reporting, and SRM issues.

    The Multitenant feature for BMC Smart reporting user available on Patch 1 ITSM doesnt work.

     

    Example - We have a user who has only one company associated however he is able to see all the companies data for all change asset and Incident reports. His Unrestricted access is Unchecked.

      This is a known issue (SW00493432) in 9.0 Patch 1 and has been corrected in 9.0 Service Pack 1.
