Running one-time escalations to configure new data

When you upgrade from version 6.3.00 to 7.0.00 or later of the approval server, use the following escalations:

  • AP:Common-Set-Process-GUID — Sets the value of the Process Instance ID field to the Process Name for the existing data.
  • AP:Common-Set-AssigneeGroup — Sets the value of the Assignee Group Permission field to Public for the existing data.

Note

You must run these escalations only once after upgrading. After the Process Instance ID and Assignee Group Permission fields are set with the appropriate values, you should disable these escalations.
