Issue when using BMC Remedy IT Service Management Suite 8.1 on Microsoft Windows 8.0 with IE 10 or Microsoft Windows 8.1 with IE 11 Due to a Microsoft defect related to Internet Explorer 10 (Microsoft support ticket number 113100110828856) and Internet Explorer 11, when you use BMC Remedy IT Service Management version 8.1 on Microsoft Windows 8.0 or Microsoft Windows 8.1, you may experience performance problems wherein the Client CPU reaches 100% and does not respond for an extended period of time.
Issue while logging in to the BMC Remedy IT Service Management application Due to a TCP connection leak with the C API, the BMC Remedy AR System server and any other ancillary binary that uses the C API (for example, arsignal.exe, driver.exe, arplugin.exe, etc.) causes the number of TCP ports that are being utilized to grow steadily.
Issue while upgrading to BMC Atrium Core 8.1 Service Pack 1 The upgrade from BMC Atrium Core 8.1 to BMC Atrium Core 8.1 Service Pack 1 fails in certain scenarios.

Installation issue: Language pack data and integration not imported

When you run the BMC Remedy IT Service Management (ITSM) or BMC Service Request Management installer to install additional language packs, the newly selected locale specific data and integration are not imported.

Step to delete attributes from BMC Atrium CMDB (Phase 3) run when upgrading to BMC Remedy ITSM SP1 for version 8.1.00 from version 8.x, if not completed when upgrading to version 8.x

If the BMC Remedy IT Service Management (ITSM) attribute deletion from BMC Atrium CMDB (Phase 3) step was not completed during previous upgrade to 8.x version, then the BMC Remedy IT Service Management 8.1.01 installer will run the step.
