Issue while upgrading to BMC Atrium Core 8.1 Service Pack 1

The upgrade from BMC Atrium Core 8.1 to BMC Atrium Core 8.1 Service Pack 1 fails, if you have installed the following on the base stack:

  • BMC Remedy Action Request (AR) System 8.1 Patch 001 or Patch 002
  • BMC Atrium Core hotfixes that are shipped with the BMC Remedy AR System 8.1 Patch 002 installer and are required for Data Management feature of BMC Remedy IT Service Management (ITSM).
