Applying the AR Server License Key

To complete the installation of the BMC Remedy IT Service Management (ITSM) Preconfigured Stack, you must enter the AR System server license key on the BMC AR System Server License information panel.

Note

If you enter an invalid AR System server license key, the installer displays the following warning message in the Install Summary window:

You have entered an invalid license key. Without a valid license key, ITSM will not work properly due to restrictions in the amount of data that can be stored on an unlicensed system.

To resolve this issue, manually add a valid license key on the Add Remove Licenses page.
