Preparing for upgrade
Complete the following tasks before you upgrade BMC Helix Service Management by using the staged upgrade process:

1 | Make sure that Helix Data Manager (HDM) server is available. Verify that HDM server has drive space twice the size of your source database so that you have enough space for migration data export. | System administrator | |
