Licensing entitlements

License entitlements included in a specific product or a user license that you purchased can depend on factors such as BMC product version or licensing model. BMC provides information about license entitlements for BMC Helix IT Service Management products via the Electronic Products Distribution website.

You can use the following steps to obtain this information:

  1. Log on to the  Electronic Product Distribution Open link  website by using the credentials provided to you by the BMC sales representative. 
    The user name and password is different from the one you use to access the Customer Support Open link  site.
  2. Click Licensed Products and enter the required product name or filter the product. For example, BMC Helix ITSM OnPrem.
  3. Click License Information to download the document with the licensing information for the selected product (for example, License Information for BMC Helix ITSM OnPrem 21.05.02).

The information documented in EPD reflects the standard terms and conditions. Additional terms and conditions may be found in your BMC contract and in the End User License Agreement (EULA). Contractual agreements generally supersede standard terms and conditions.
