Single user response times 19.08
When single user response times are taken, only one user manually interacts with the system under test without any additional load.
The following test scenarios are covered:
Scenario | Network Latency (TCP round trip between the client and the system) | Web Browser |
A | LAN | Internet Explorer (Version 11) |
B | LAN | Firefox (Version 69) |
C | LAN | Chrome (Version 77) |
D | 100 ms | Internet Explorer (Version 11) |
E | 300 ms | Internet Explorer (Version 11) |
Measurement of response times
Refer Measurement of response times for details.
Response times on different web browsers
Key Single user response times (In Session) under <1 ms latency, timed from different web browsers. These readings are captured using Fiddler tool.
Response times on different latencies
The following graph depicts key single user response times (In Session) timed from Internet Explorer (version 11) by using Fiddler with network latencies being <1ms, 100 ms and 300 ms.
Table that follows displays key Single user In Session response times in numbers.
Hardware Specification
The client machine is a Windows 7 Virtual Machine with 2 cores 4 GB RAM. Refer BMC Remedy 19.08 Solution Bench marking Lab and Solution Deployment for details of server hardware specification.
