Performing the installation in silent mode
You can run the BMC Remedy IT Service Management (ITSM) installer in silent mode, such as in a headless environment on UNIX, or on multiple systems at the same time.
This section describes how to create a silent.txt file that contains the installation options and then how to run the installer in silent mode.
