Migrating customizations
After you reconcile your AR System application customizations in development, you will migrate the packing list created in that process among the upgrade environments. The packing list contains the reconciled customizations, any fixes made during functionality validation, and, optionally, objects converted to granular overlays.
You will use the
BMC Remedy Deployment Application
to import or export the packing list as indicated in the in-place or staged upgrade process.
