Verifying that the BMC Remedy Mid Tier is working

To verify that the mid tier is working, access the following URL:http://<yourWebServer>:<optionalPortNumber>/arsys/shared/config/config.jsp

For example:
http://XYZCompany:8080/arsys/shared/config/config.jsp
