To prepare your Service Level Management data for upgrade
If you are upgrading from BMC Service Level Management 7.x and do not want to migrate SLM sample data, delete the sample data from the SLM console.
Make a note of the service level agreements, service targets, and BMC SLM contract data defined in your system. You can compare the list of these SLAs, SVTs and contracts after upgrade.
Reference the Knowledge Article number 000030615 (Support logon ID required) for guidelines about using database queries to list or report service level agreements and service targets defined to your system.
