Performing the Atrium Integrator upgrade
You must upgrade the Atrium Integrator server before you upgrade BMC Remedy ITSM or BMC Service Request Management. Upgrade the BMC Atrium Integrator server on the computer where you have upgraded the BMC Remedy AR System server.

Hi, there is no documentation for the silent install and the installer package is missing the sample installer options file. Please update the same.

Thank you for your comment. The documentation for silent install/upgrade for Atrium Integrator is available here: Installing Atrium Integrator using silent mode.
For the sample Options.txt file, an example ARSystem-ini-template.txt file contains all of the options that you can use for silent installation. You can find the ARSystem-ini-template.txt file in the <InstallerDirectory>\Disk1\utility folder.
