LogManager - Managing Visualizer Proxy event viewer logs

Use LogManager to enable or disable logging of end-to-end Visualizer Proxy event viewer activity. The LogManager for BMC CDB Visualizer Proxy provides the same options as the EventViewerProvider in LogManager for BMC CDB Services.
