Running concatenated jobs


This topic introduces the tasks you must perform when you use the portal to run a Batch job that was defined in BMC Server Automation. A Batch job runs a series of concatenated jobs.

Using BMC Server Automation, create a Batch job.

Using the portal, create a Batch operation based on the job created in the previous step. Use targets already defined for the job or identify new targets.

Execute the Batch operation.
