AuthorizationProfile - removePermission

Description :

This command removes a permission entry from the access control list (ACL) that controls access to an authorization profile. A permission consists of a role and an authorization.

You must call this command with a valid role name, authorization name, and profile name. Otherwise this command returns an error.

Valid authorizations for an authorization profile are:

  • AuthProfile.Read
  • AuthProfile.Modify
  • AuthProfile.ModifyACL
  • AuthProfile.Delete
  • AuthProfile.*
     Returns the DBKey of the authorization profile.

    Return type : DBKey

Example

The following example shows how to remove the permission consisting of the role "SampleRole" and the authorization "AuthProfile.Read" from an authorization profile called "Test Profile".
