Adding dashboard permissions

As a tenant administrator or an editor, you can add dashboard permissions and assign them to the users or teams configured in the system.

To add permissions, do the following:

  1. On a dashboard, click the Dashboard settings icon in the upper right corner.
  2. On the left navigation bar, click Permissions.
  3. On the Permissions page, click Add Permission.
  4. From the first list box, select one of the following options:
    • A team
    • A specific user
    • All users with the Viewer role
    • All users with the Editor role
  5. Depending on your selection, select the next option and the permission.
  6. Click Save.
  7. On the left navigation pane, click Save dashboard.
