Refresh JAL rules

If you can't locate your JAL source, run the JAL Language Processor, DTMJALPn, with the REBUILD parameter as described in the DAL/JAL User space. This recreates your source from the internal text.

Use the /TM Display PARMS command to verify the default location of your JAL.
