Follow these steps to launch the BMC Client Management web console.

  1. In a web browser, enter the URL in the following format:  

    https://<IPAddressMaster>:<MasterHttpPort>/webconsole

    Where <IPAddressMaster> is the IP address of the cloud-based master server or the hostname of the server.

    The login page is displayed.

  2. Enter the user name and password and click SIGN IN.
    The home page is displayed.

The login with Active Directory works only if the user synchronization is carried out from the Java console.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
