Auditing a device
The web console enables you to launch an asset discovery scan of the selected device, to generate and upload the latest device information, and a summary of its hardware, software and security inventory.
To perform an audit, click Audit Now on the device information page.
An audit request is sent to the client. The device scan is launched and the data in the Inventories tab is updated after the scan.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
