CU – Cleanup

CU – Definition

The CU (CleanUp) command is used to reset the Task List component back to an available state and erase the IN PROCESS flags in the Status column on the right side of the Assignment Task List display.

Purpose

The Cleanup command is needed if the user is logged off in the middle of Edit, for example, or the operation in process abended before completion.

Cleanup Only Valid on User’s Own Work

Users can only clean up flags on Tasks set in process by their own UserID. The ISPW coordinator must clear flags on another user’s work.
