CAPS
Controls handling of entered characters as upper or mixed (upper and lower) case. This command is valid only on a new criteria display. Once you have specified any character fields for the current logical set (criteria), resetting of CAPS ON/OFF is ignored for that logical set unless you first blank out the character fields.

ON
Converts typed alphabetic characters to uppercase. CAPS ON is not case-sensitive in the search to match selection criteria.
OFF
Leaves typed alphabetic characters as typed (upper or lowercase). CAPS OFF is a case-sensitive selection criteria search.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
