View Code Pipeline Host Connections and Filter a Code Pipeline Project


The Code Pipeline node in the project's properties is used to view a project's connection information and to filter the contents of the Code Pipeline project in the Project Explorer view.

To view a project's connection information

  1. In the Project Explorer view, right-click the Code Pipeline project and select Properties. The Properties dialog box appears.
  2. Select the Code Pipeline node and the host and runtime configuration for the selected project appears.

To filter a Code Pipeline project

  1. In the Project Explorer view, right-click the project and select Properties>Code Pipeline>Filter. The Code Pipeline Project Filter page of the Properties dialog box appears. The Types section is used to filter the Code Pipeline project content based on component type, while the Names section is used to filter the view based on component name.
  2. Use the desired section:
    • To filter by component type, in the Types section, select the Filter component types check box, then select the check boxes for the component types to be included in the filter.
    • To filter by component name, in the Names section, select the Filter component names check box, type filter text in the field and click Add, repeat for any additional filtering.

      Important

      A maximum of 25 component types can be selected and a maximum of 25 component names can be added.

  3. Click OK. The selected Code Pipeline project in the Project Explorer view refreshes to reflect the filter criteria.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
