Logging

To help debug problems, you can turn logging on at the engine level.

To log all of the rules as they execute, you can set the log level to debug. Then you can examine the rules to determine whether they are being translated to the right fields, are returning the right results, and so on. The log file is in the DB directory of the BMC Remedy AR System server and is called arjavaplugin.log.
