    Hi,

the contract form offers a function "rights granted" on the left function panel. The form looks like "terms and conditions" function, but I've no idea what this function is good for. It seems not part of this documentation.

    Hope you can help me.

      Hello Stefan,

When you create a contract, you can include additional information like the rights granted, or terms and conditions agreed upon.

Rights granted provides additional details of contracts such as the specific rights provided by the contract. The Rights granted feature allows you to record the details for the specific rights provided by the contract. Examples of these rights include copyrights, rights to publish and sell, and other rights you are granting, receiving, or warranting.

Terms and conditions of the contract are used to record specific obligations and limitations applicable to your organization under the terms of the contract.

      Hope this is helpful.

      Regards,

      Anagha

My understanding is you would use this if the vendor granted you rights to use something that is proprietary to them. Example your facility has a contract with an NFL team and they grant you rights to use their log in advertising
